1. Contents of the online offer
The Ministry of Justice of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia does not guarantee that the provided information is current, accurate and complete, nor does it guarantee its quality and all-time availability or the absence of other technical interferences. Liability claims, which refer to damages of a tangible or intangible kind and which were caused through the use or non-use of the offered information, resp. through the use of faulty and incomplete information, are excluded on principle, provided that there is no evidential premeditated or gross negligence on the part of the Ministry of Justice of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia.

The Ministry of Justice of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the whole offer without specific notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

This Internet offer does not provide legal advice. This remains the prerogative of legal advisory professions. It cannot be guaranteed that the accessible online version of a document corresponds exactly with the official text of the publishing bodies.

2. References and Links

The responsibility for these third-party contents lies solely with the provider of the contents. The Ministry of Justice of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia only supplies the access to use these contents. During the first link to another Internet offer its contents were checked to see if these trigger a possible civil or criminal liability. However, there is no influence on the current and future design, contents or authorship of the linked pages. The Ministry of Justice of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia therefore disassociates itself herewith expressly from all contents of all linked pages, which were changed after setting the link.

The provider of the page, to which reference was made, has sole liability for illegal, faulty or incomplete contents and in particular damages which are incurred through the use or non-use of third party information, and not the party which refers to the respective publication via links.
